Based on a number of relocations we have carried out successfully for various clients we are able to assist with the following in any relocation:
- Audits of existing furniture and equipment
- Disposal of surplus furniture and equipment
- Move of furniture and office equipment – calling for removal quotes and managing the move
- Telkom and Data line applications and installations
- IT and telephone cabling installations
- PABX moves and installations
- IT server and PC moves
- Setting up Move Procedures including inputs to staff communications
- Managing issues such as new letterheads, business cards, parking bay allocation and new Post Office mailbox applications
- Arranging insurances for the move
- Clean up and reinstatement of existing premises and handover to current landlord
We will set up the necessary interface meetings with the relevant client’s staff to ensure that the phasing of the move is carefully planned and implemented to minimise disruption to staff.
Our role will be to limit the time that the Client’s operational staff need to spend on the project.
