Professional Team and Design Coordination

We will provide project management services to coordinate all design disciplines such as architectural, space planning, interior design, structural, civil, electrical, mechanical and process engineering.

We would carry out the following:

• Set up and minute regular design coordination meetings.
• Project manage the design process.
• Ensure all client approvals of design documentation is effectively executed.
• Ensure that all Council and authority approvals are carried out timeously.
• Compile and manage an effective design documentation control system inclusive of items such drawings, specification, programmes.
